Holly-Hunter

Holly Hunter is an American actress and producer well recognized by her highly commendable performances in films such as Broadcast News The Firm The Piano and The Incredibles. The film Piano won her several awards which included an Oscar. Actresses have an extensive experience of performing on Broadway as well as Off-Broadway projects. It has always been her love of life. When she was in fifth grade, she played Helen Keller in an original play. The mumps that she contracted left her deaf and blind in one ear. But she didn't let this to hinder her ambitions of becoming an actress. While in college, she studied drama after which she relocated in New York City with her goals to achieve them. Hunter had her Broadway debut due to a chance conversation and Beth Henley, a playwright. Together, they wrote on Broadway Crimes of the Heart. Her first role in film came when she moved from Los Angeles. She has since appeared in several television series, films and films over the course of a 30-year career. Holly Hunter has a Hollywood Walk of Fame star and won Women in Film Lucy Award.
